Having trouble?
“Tracking number not found”
- Confirm it’s Z + 11 digits (no spaces).
- If the shipment was created just now, try again in a few minutes.
- Check with the sender for the exact code on your receipt/email.
“Photo locked”
- Enter the last 4 digits of the phone number on the shipment.
- If you’re unsure which phone is on file, ask the sender.
